Beyond these the honesty and work dedication the have got simply could amuse anyone(Typical mumbaikars).. People leaving at 5 and 6 am in the morning cannot take packed lunch from home in the crowded suburban trains.. These people are messengers carrying not only their lunch but also love and care from home :) !! Their honesty is portrayed best when i heard the office goers deliver their salary in lunch boxes which the women find out and tell the workers. They could spare only 20 min for prince Charles as they said they had customer service as prime focus. I was literally dumbstruck when i heard instances where the food delivered from home has bonded the angry husbands with wives despite of their fight the previous night!! These Dabbawalas are committed to their work so that delivery was ensured even when there were torrential rains and attacks.Workers in age group of 70s too carry and deliver some 40 boxes a day. Seriously these people are an asset to INDIA and no wonder their supply chain is a subject in top premier institutes. :) Proud to be an INDIAN !!!!
